About Us
JUMP is a third year leadership certificate program where RCNJ juniors are able to learn about professional networking, community building, and paraprofessional skills for their journey at °®ÒºAƬ and beyond.
Students who are accepted to this program are able to participate in monthly leadership workshops and earn experience with fellow junior °®ÒºAƬ Roadrunners.
Participants selected for JUMP can expect to:
- Develop core leadership skills to assist with their junior year of college in preparing for their final year at °®ÒºAƬ
- Collaborate with fellow student leaders on reflective workshops and meetings
- Lead engaging projects focus on your leadership story
- Build skills for impacting positive change in their communities
